  • Letter to the Agents

July 25,2019

To

Mr.Banerjee

Agent XYZ Ltd.

New Delhi-28

Dear sir

Subject : Reminder regarding sales target

This letter is to remind you about the agreement we had regarding sales orders of minimum Rs.35,000 which you were supposed to place with us by the end of every month. we were quite shocked to see yours sales report for the month of January ,February and March. They present a very dismal picture where you have failed to achieve given target by Rs.8600 on a monthly basis. These unfavorable statistics are there when we had already paid you hand some amount of rs.20,000 in advance for the promotions.

This is not prove to be encouraging for the business prospects. The net sales figure received from you do not match well with demand of the customer particularly when we consider the increasing purchasing power of customer and our good quality product.

We expect that you will not mind the straightforwardness of this letter. keeping ,in mind our market reputation, I hope you will not overlook this matter and pay attention to compensate the above mentioned losses by achieving satisfactory result and future targets as per our agreement.

Your sincerely,

A.S.Bhatt
